Red berry smoothie recipe

This delicious red berry smoothie packs a nutritional punch, full of natural antioxidants from the berries.

For an even ‘better for you’ alternative omit the sugar for natural sweeteners such as agave or stevia or enjoy without the sweeteners, we promise you won’t miss it.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups (300 ml) cold cranberry juice
  • 1 cup (226 g) cold strawberry yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup (125 g) fresh red raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a Vitamix jug in the order listed and secure lid.
